Big one drop / dancehall tune from 1997, unearthed and reissued –

Daweh Congo (the son of foundation roots artist Leo Graham) is joined by the X-Rated gang on this 90’s riddim, with typically big, booming bassline and an upbeat step.
Daweh’s vocal goes deep in tone, Nitty Gritty style but with Daweh’s own style nonetheless, and the lyrics are a conscious message against Gun distribution, and promotion in the world, as well as locally, in Jamaica.

Big tune, topped up with a real nice version – one for the heads!

Originally out via X-Rated Records Int on a rare JA pressing in 1997, and now pressed up once more via Jah Fingers Common Ground Int. – sounding crisp.
