Floating Points – Sparkling Controversy

One sided dub version of a 2011 ‘classic’ by the man himself –

A nice surprise, this one… Floating Points cements his status once again, with another delivery of finely executed house music, vibrant, melodic and upbeat… but not too much so.
You can’t fault this, it’s simply good.

A great (late) follow up to his ARP3 track that popped up around 2011, this stripped back version feels just as fresh, if not even more to the point (it’s dance music – it’s all about the rhythm) than the original.

Really good stuff, and these probably won’t hang around too long…
