Killer, killer digital styles from Prince Jammy & King Everal –

Proper ruffneck digital dancehall from the mid-to-late 80’s, reissued here via the impeccable Dub Store Japan.

Falsely credited to Philip Fraser on the centre label, this one features King Everal on the mic, adding to the tension and energy of the instrumental cut with his ‘Push Push’ vocal… Don’t test!

Comes with a nice vocal intro before the bassline comes cruising through and those digital tom drums start pushing in the reds, with the arpeggios and computerised chops keeping up the pace.

Produced by the big, bad Bobby Digital alongside King Jammy.

Vocal on top, version beneath – ready for dancehall destruction.

Served up in a nice screenprinted brown paper sleeve, japanese import.
