Former Bristol and now Berlin resident Koehler graces Berceuse Heroique after some seriously classy outings on Skudge.

‘Anti Gravity Switch’ brings that BH brand of muscular dance floor techno, distorted in just the right way for maximum devastation. The lead track is an acidic slab of machine funk, laced with staccato snares.

A Made Up Sound is tasked with a refix for the flip-side, and it is, as you would expect, excellent. Bringing his signature bounce to the mix and loads a weighty break into the Akai to add a little jungle flavour. The original acid line is teased in out, keeping things rolling out in fine style.

Comes with a torn page from Lester Bangs seminal 1971 essay ‘Psychotic Reactions and Carburetor Dung’.
