Late 70’s rootsman business, Freedom Sounds laying down some cool Island rhythms, with Prince Alla singing over it like a fresh breeze on a hot day.

‘Bucket Bottom’ is a great tune with timeless lyrics and chorus, soaked in spring reverb and tape-echoes, hooked and synced with a very memorable bassline and piano part… Cyan’t diss it.

Freedom Sounds reissue, 7″ disc…. A decent bit of crackle on this one, but if there’s one genre where this doesn’t really matter so much – it’s probably this one.
