Blackest Ever Black re-issue a vital Six Six Seconds track that originally appeared on a B-side of the ‘So Click Heels’ compilation that Downwards released in 2012.

If you were one of the many disappointed folks who didn’t snap up one of the 150 copies of the original compilation your prayers have been answered – ‘Tearing Down Heaven’ is given an entire side to work it’s washed out post-pop magic.

This BEB cut is slightly longer than the original release and is backed up with a reprisese mix on the flip side – Dropping the drums out of the mix entirely, this version soft focuses on the dreamlike synths that appear as if viewed through clouds of smoke in the small hours, allowing brief passages of the original vocal to bleed through. Achingly beautiful and, for our money, far too important to miss a second time around.
