This raw piece to Junior Murvin’s ‘False Teacher’, now dubbed with the title ‘Strong Drink’ from Lee Perry’s Black Ark studio & The Upsetters, never saw the light of day as a full release back in the late 70s and onwards, until Pressure Sounds stepped forward around 2011, and got Lee to dust off the tape reel for the A Side, and to save the acetate dubplate cut that now makes up the B side, with all it’s natty, saturated & brittle, tape-drenched musical attire.

Strong Drink, Strong Dub –
both are a must.
