The third album from undisputed Bristol industrial-rap-cyborg-croon kingz Kinlaw & Franco Franco is here.... following up the previous Avon Terror Corps madness 'Mega Dopo Mega' from 2021, with this crucial third relic on the Bristol-connected, Jordanian 'Drowned By Locals' label - titled Faith Elsewhere, this album slaps so much it should go some considerable way in restoring faith everywhere.

The album hits somewhere between the all-destroying cyberpunk of previous hits and infamous live sessions, whilst soaking up a softer, dare-we-say pop-ish side of theirs, hinted at with their Crocs On The Plough single for NoCorner, which appears on this album alongside mega-slammers such as the Pit Stop 2024 tune, and other high-adrenaline sing-rap goodness.
Honestly, if you're not wise to Kinlaw & Franco Franco's totally unique and fearless form of expression yet - then you really should be digging in with this one and do your homework - because they are some of the realest to ever do it, in our humble, of course biased, but full-of-love opinion.

Check the full mega-scoop, perfectly written by 'not us' - for all you really need to know, below. And make sure to turn up the volume goddammit!

"The machine looms—it watches you from within. The finger points, but the face is missing."

Kinlaw & Franco Franco. ATC’s original prodigal sons. A two-headed nephilim with an ever-growing tally of near-biblical performances – leaving shook audiences coughing dust for months after. Resurrected for 2025.

Those familiar know their hallowed-dogma – brimming with cyberpunk prophetics, surveillance state paranoia and rusted gothic futurism. Each chilling sermon accompanied by a bespoke blend of crusted sonics, taut future-concrète prangers and only the finest industrial-trappist beats.

Back with renewed precision. 11 hot-kneelers for your mental.

On ‘Faith Elsewhere’, they lead the congregation into uncharted waters with pop-confessional, ‘Pitstop 2024’. There’s a fresh revamp of the beloved feudal anthem, ‘Crocs on the Plough,’ originally released as a 7" single on No Corner in 2022. Next, a long-fermented, yet still refreshing, kind of chamber-wave on the album’s self-titled track. And there’s even a touch of the devotional in the final ethereal reprise… Plus, there are plenty more teachings to be found elsewhere…

The writing’s on the wall. Accept no false idols. Now pull up your cushion and kneel at their altar. It might just be their best yet….

FAITH ELSEWHERE
KINLAW & FRANCO FRANCO

Duo Kinlaw & Franco Franco shook hands on a series of spontaneous freestyle sessions somewhere in the dank chambers of Avon in 2018. Time-stamp of an exuberant year the first release “Mezzi Umani Mezze Macchine” (Avon Terror Corps, 2019) consecrated their fellowship followed by their second offering, the socially-deprived, “Mega Dopo Mega” in 2021.

Among a slew of CDR mixtapes, LIVE bootlegs and compilations appearances the due counts the single “Crocs on the Plough” (NoCorner, 2022) - a heartfelt excursus on original accumulation and market-induced nomadism, clouds aimed “WAVE LED” (RIFORMA, 2022), and again together on Kinlaw’s royal rumble album “WELD” (Drowned By Locals, 2023) with the stomped serenade “E Gli Fanno”.

The duo’s blend results from ill-cried tales of the present and future, a devout approach to beatmaking, turbulence and self-expression, bread rap and butter Gollem birthed from Goram’s phlegm. "

Yep, here it is - shouts to DBL and KFF for making it happen in the finest of ways. A real gem, this.
