Wickedest new tracks from the Digital Sting corner, with Feel Free Hi Fi delivering a cool & deadly set of eight varying dubwise, o.g. ukg/grime/dubstep/dancehall leaning tracks, equally catchy and weighty in their sparse focus. Nice to drop in a set, or just vibe to on the hi fi, for sure.

There's a lot of goodness in here, from rave-infected, frog-croak dancehall to warped steppers. Proper catchy hooks, baddass bassline, tripped melodics and and an all round analog / early digital style production aesthetic sitting somewhere between late 80s, early 90s dancehall a la Sly & Lenky (or maybe more aptly, Computer Paul (who gets a track name reference). Maybe even early 00s RnB / UK production sound such as Timbaland or the early DMZ sound perhaps. The tracks are full of richness in the sound. And there is a definite nostalgia to them all.

Visually, it's all presented in a real nice way, with beautiful design on hand screenprinted sleeves and pressed on a solid sounding 12" disc.

Double sided silk-screened printed custom DJ Jackets, with Obi Strip style stickers and hand stamped white labels created and printed by Digital Sting.
