Johnny Clarke's milestone piece, reissued -

In the early 70's, young Johnny  Clarke, won a talent contest and started working with the producers 'Clancy Eccles' and 'Rupie Edwards' with his first tracks being released in the early 70's. It wasn't until a few years later, when he formed a long-running relationship with the legendary Bunny Lee, that Johnny Clarke really began to shine and he began to get lots of recognition for his talent as a singer and songwriter.

In 1974, 'None Shall Escape The Judgement' was recorded, which also became the title track for his debut album.

Still to this day, this remains Johnny's definite classic - in fact one of the strongest records to come out of the Jamaica in those times, a crucial piece of Jamaican music.

The vocal cut comes backed up with a searing King Tubby dub on the flip.

Produced by Bunny Lee, with the Aggrovators on instruments.
