BEB return to where it all began - coaxing the long awaited second album from Raime after launching the label with their essential ‘This Foundry’ single back in 2011, giving way to the equally vital ‘Quarter Turns Over A Living Line’ album that continues to wow after 4 years.

It’s been a frustrating wait since then with no new material surfacing since, save for one and a half singles under their Moin alias which further explored their penchant for post-hardcore and metal to great effect. The wait has paid off now with the release of their second album ‘Tooth’. A sinister amalgamation of dread filled industrial textures reacting with the energy of jungle - the result is as mesmerising as it is intimidating.

Right from the start, ‘Coax’ sets the barbiturate soaked pace for the duration - the lower tempos exposing each picked guitar note and oxidised cymbal hit. Indeed, it is the pairing of analog instrumentation and digital production techniques that give ‘Tooth’ it’s weight and separation, resulting in a deeply immersive listening experience that reveals more and more with each play.

Utterly infallible start to finish, one of those records you’ll be proud to pass onto your grandchildren, it’ll only get better with age.

Housed in stunning gatefold sleeve with printed inners.
